All turf areas are maintained on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule dependant on the health and specie of grass. On a scheduled visit all turf areas are mowed removing a preferred 1/3 of the grass blade. In addition grass is trimmed around decks, fences, and other objects. Entire property is edged and cleaned up by blowing off all hard surfaces. Trash is always removed from property under normal conditions.
We offer full service contracts where you pick what you want included. We sit down with you and decide what is best to have included, how many times it needs to be done and write up a contract. We try to make keeping your grounds and landscape as painless as possible. We pay attention to your property and schedule all services as needed. You can choose to have one service or them all.
